Rules of participation

  • SALES AT THE EXHIBITION

Exhibitors are allowed to “Sell in the exhibition”. Promotional programs must be registered with the Department of Industry and Trade, and promotions can only be carried out when licensed.

  • FORMS OF PROMOTION AT THE EXHIBITION

Exhibitors are not allowed to post stickers, signs, streamers, banners or other advertising materials/items outside the booth area except in designated areas and for a fee.

Similarly, exhibitor staff will not be allowed to distribute leaflets, invitations, etc. along the aisles or near the main entrance/exit of the exhibition hall, dining areas, restaurants, or public areas of the exhibition, to avoid disturbing other exhibitors and visitors. These activities must be carried out inside the booth.

  • STORE DESIGN REGULATIONS

Booths designed and constructed according to the Market must be carpeted or have a floor to clearly separate the booth from the common area. Except for the booths (4 open sides), the remaining booths must have a back wall. Adjacent booths must also have walls on both sides.

Booths are not allowed to have false ceilings, unless they are two-story. However, slat or mesh ceilings (which do not affect the sprinkler in case of fire) will be allowed.

Exhibitors are not allowed to expand or place items or display products outside the scope of the booth signed in the contract. Units will have to pay extra fees for the additional area used and the Organizing Committee has the right to move objects in the area that is not allowed.

Similarly, lighting equipment can only be installed within the scope of the booth. Any exhibitor that violates the above regulations will have to pay fees corresponding to the additional area used.

The maximum allowable height of a booth is 2.5m. Any design exceeding this specified height must be submitted to the Organizing Committee at least 10 weeks prior to the erection date for approval.

  • PRODUCT INTRODUCTION

The Organizing Committee supports exhibitors to promote their products in the main stage area with pre-registration. We welcome exhibitors to have interactive activities with visitors. However, exhibitors should pay attention to avoid affecting surrounding exhibitors. Speakers / projection equipment must be directed downwards and towards the inside of the booth, not towards the aisles or affecting other booths.

The Organizing Committee may require the above activities to take place within specific time frames with the consent of exhibitors to ensure that the above activities are effective and achieve the company’s goals. Exhibitors should also pay attention to the location and space for visitors to participate in demonstration / trial operation activities, to avoid blocking the aisles and blocking the view of other booths.
